Coconut Flour Omelette

Ingredients

  • 50 g Shredded coconut
  • 1 piece Eggs
  • 1 g Gluten free flour
  • 1 g Cane sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded coconut and gluten free flour until combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set.
  • Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with a little cane sugar for a touch of sweetness (optional).
  • Serve warm and enjoy your coconut flour omelette!
