Ingredients
- 50 g Shredded coconut
- 1 piece Eggs
- 1 g Gluten free flour
- 1 g Cane sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Stir in the shredded coconut and gluten free flour until combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set.
- Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with a little cane sugar for a touch of sweetness (optional).
- Serve warm and enjoy your coconut flour omelette!
