Ingredients
- 2 piece Egg
- 51 g Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, crack the 2 eggs and whisk them together until well combined.
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to the eggs for seasoning, and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter, letting it melt and coat the pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, and allow it to cook for a moment before stirring.
- Once the edges start to set, gently stir the eggs with a spatula until they begin to form soft curds.
- When the eggs are nearly cooked but still slightly runny, add 51g of cheese to the skillet.
- Continue to cook, stirring gently until the cheese has melted and the eggs are fully cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
