Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 piece Egg
  • 51 g Cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, crack the 2 eggs and whisk them together until well combined.
  • Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to the eggs for seasoning, and mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter, letting it melt and coat the pan.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, and allow it to cook for a moment before stirring.
  • Once the edges start to set, gently stir the eggs with a spatula until they begin to form soft curds.
  • When the eggs are nearly cooked but still slightly runny, add 51g of cheese to the skillet.
  • Continue to cook, stirring gently until the cheese has melted and the eggs are fully cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
