Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Pasta
- 1 piece Carrots
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Begin by boiling a pot of salted water for the pasta.
- Once the water is boiling, add the 100g of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cut the 150g of beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the seasoned beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, peel and grate the carrot.
- Add the grated carrot to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the carrot is softened.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the beef and carrots, tossing to combine.
- Remove from heat and stir in the 50g of cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Beef and Pasta with Carrot and Cheese!
