Beef and Pasta with Carrot and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Begin by boiling a pot of salted water for the pasta.
  • Once the water is boiling, add the 100g of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cut the 150g of beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add the seasoned beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • While the beef is cooking, peel and grate the carrot.
  • Add the grated carrot to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the carrot is softened.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the beef and carrots, tossing to combine.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the 50g of cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your Beef and Pasta with Carrot and Cheese!
