Soy Glazed Chicken Thighs with Apricot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken thighs
  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 100 g Apricot jam
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, apricot jam, garlic powder, ginger powder, and ground black pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides.
