- 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Ginger powder

- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, apricot jam, garlic powder, ginger powder, and ground black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the marinated chicken thighs onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
