Beefy Tomato Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 100 g Elbow macaroni
  • 100 g Canned tomatoes
  • 100 g 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and add the elbow macaroni. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5 minutes.
  • Once the beef is cooked, add the canned tomatoes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir to combine everything.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Beefy Tomato Macaroni!
