Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 piece Carrots
- 100 g Pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Herbs
Instructions
- Start by boiling a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, dice the chicken into small pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Chop the tomatoes and grate the carrot. Add them to the skillet with the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the chicken and vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle the grated cheese over the mixture. Stir until the cheese melts.
