Cheesy Chicken Pasta with Tomato and Carrot

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs

Instructions

  • Start by boiling a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, dice the chicken into small pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Chop the tomatoes and grate the carrot. Add them to the skillet with the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the chicken and vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle the grated cheese over the mixture. Stir until the cheese melts.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Cheesy Chicken Pasta!
