Ingredients

  • 1 g fig
  • 1 g walnut
  • 1 g flour
  • 15 g honey
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 0.5 g salt

Instructions

  • Start by finely chopping the figs and walnuts.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped figs, walnuts, and flour.
  • Add honey to the mixture; stir until well combined.
  • Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt, and mix thoroughly.
  • Shape the mixture into small energy balls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
