Beef and Cheese Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 1 g Crushed garlic
  • 100 g Yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped yellow onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the minced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Add the crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir to combine.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
