Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 50 g Cheese
- 100 g Pasta
- 1 g Crushed garlic
- 100 g Yellow onions
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped yellow onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Add the crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
