Cheesy Carrot Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped carrots, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  • Transfer the carrot mixture into a baking dish.
  • Grate the cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the carrots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the carrots are tender and cheese is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
