Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrots
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped carrots, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Mix well.
- Transfer the carrot mixture into a baking dish.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the carrots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the carrots are tender and cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
