Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the Olive Oil over medium heat.
- Add minced Garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the Beef to the skillet, stirring until browned and cooked through.
- Add the Broccoli to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in the Soy Sauce and sprinkle with Chili Flakes, Salt, and Black Pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked Pasta to the skillet and toss everything together to coat with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
