Ingredients
- 100 g Salmon filet
- 50 ml Honey
- 50 ml Dijon mustard
- 50 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise.
- Season the salmon filet with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
