Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 100 g Salmon filet
  • 50 ml Honey
  • 50 ml Dijon mustard
  • 50 ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 g Salt
  • 1 g Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise.
  • Season the salmon filet with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon, making sure it is evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
