Creamy Tomato Pasta with Carrots and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 100 g Pasta
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 200 ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes and carrots.
  • In a pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat and add the chopped carrots. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes until they soften.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream and stir well, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.
  • Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt for a minute before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your creamy tomato pasta!
