Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 piece Carrots
- 200 ml Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes and carrots.
- In a pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat and add the chopped carrots. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes until they soften.
- Pour in the heavy whipping cream and stir well, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt for a minute before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy your creamy tomato pasta!
