Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Oregano
- 50 g Onion
- 50 g Bell pepper
Instructions
- Cut the beef into thin strips and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned beef to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Slice the onion and bell pepper, then add them to the pan.
- Stir-fry all ingredients together for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce over the stir-fry and mix well.
- Cook for another minute until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve hot.
