Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 100 g Salmon filet
  • 50 ml Honey
  • 50 ml Dijon mustard
  • 50 ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the glaze.
  • Place the salmon filet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the honey mustard glaze evenly over the salmon.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
