Ingredients
- 100 g Salmon filet
- 50 ml Honey
- 50 ml Dijon mustard
- 50 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon filet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey mustard glaze evenly over the salmon.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
