Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Pasta
- 1 piece Carrots
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cut the beef into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the beef strips into the pan and cook until browned.
- Peel and slice the carrot into thin strips, then add to the beef and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the stir-fry.
- Cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
