Beef and Pasta Stir Fry with Carrots

Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Cut the beef into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Add the beef strips into the pan and cook until browned.
  • Peel and slice the carrot into thin strips, then add to the beef and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
  • Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the stir-fry.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
