Lemon Butter Cod with Ritz Cracker Topping

Ingredients

  • 100 g Cod
  • 1 piece Ritz crackers
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 g Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 0.5 g Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter and combine it with fresh lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place the cod fillet in a baking dish and pour half of the butter-lemon mixture over the cod.
  • Crush the Ritz cracker and sprinkle it generously over the cod.
  • Drizzle the remaining butter mixture over the crushed crackers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Lemon Butter Cod with a crispy Ritz topping.
