- 100 g Cod
- 1 piece Ritz crackers
- 100 g Butter
- 1 g Fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 0.5 g Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and combine it with fresh lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the cod fillet in a baking dish and pour half of the butter-lemon mixture over the cod.
- Crush the Ritz cracker and sprinkle it generously over the cod.
- Drizzle the remaining butter mixture over the crushed crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Lemon Butter Cod with a crispy Ritz topping.
