Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken piece with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a baking dish, place the broccoli at the bottom.
- Cut the seared chicken into bite-sized pieces and place it on top of the broccoli.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
