Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Set aside once done.
- While the rice is cooking, prepare the chicken. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In the same pan, add the broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
- To serve, place a portion of rice in a bowl, top with chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes.
