Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Set aside once done.
  • While the rice is cooking, prepare the chicken. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • In the same pan, add the broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
  • To serve, place a portion of rice in a bowl, top with chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes.
