Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 pieces Chicken
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 2 pieces Carrots
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 150 g Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the rice according to package instructions.
  • While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add chopped broccoli and sliced carrots. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the vegetables and mix well.
  • Once the rice is done cooking, fluff it with a fork and transfer it to serving bowls.
  • Top the rice with the chicken and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  • Optionally, you can add some additional seasoning if desired and serve warm.
