Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 pieces Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 50 g Cheese
- 150 g Beef
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Start by cooking the rice according to package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped broccoli and sliced carrots. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the vegetables and mix well.
- Once the rice is done cooking, fluff it with a fork and transfer it to serving bowls.
- Top the rice with the chicken and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
- Optionally, you can add some additional seasoning if desired and serve warm.
