Ingredients
- 100 g Fresh peaches
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Slice peaches and place them in the dish. Drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss gently to coat.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the peaches are tender and juicy.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve warm (plain or with any topping you like).
