Triple Chocolate Fruit Pizza

April 17, 2024

Triple Chocolate Fruit Pizza is the kind of dessert that makes everyone stop and stare. It’s rich, playful, and packed with color, making it just as fun to look at as it is to eat. Imagine a chocolate cookie base, a creamy chocolate spread, and a drizzle of melted chocolate on top, all finished with a vibrant mix of fresh fruits. It’s a showstopper and a crowd-pleaser in every sense.

What makes this dessert so special is its balance. The triple chocolate layers give you that deep, satisfying richness you crave, while the fresh fruit adds brightness and a juicy contrast that keeps each bite refreshing. It’s indulgent but never too heavy. The natural sweetness of the fruit works beautifully with the chocolate, creating a flavor pairing that’s hard to beat.

It’s also endlessly customizable. You can use berries for a tart kick, sliced kiwi for something tropical, or bananas for a creamy twist. Even stone fruits like peaches or plums add something extra special when they’re in season. No matter the combination, the contrast between smooth chocolate and juicy fruit makes this dessert feel vibrant and full of texture.

Visually, Triple Chocolate Fruit Pizza is a feast. The glossy chocolate, the colorful fruit, and the playful pizza shape make it ideal for birthdays, picnics, or any gathering where you want your dessert to stand out. And because it’s easy to slice and share, it feels casual and celebratory all at once.

This dessert also taps into that nostalgic feeling of decorating cookies or cakes, only here, you’re layering flavors in a slightly more grown-up way. Still fun, still creative, but with a richness that satisfies any chocolate lover.

Triple Chocolate Fruit Pizza brings the best of both worlds. It’s bold and sweet, light and rich, classic and fun. It might just become your new go-to dessert when you want to impress with something beautiful, delicious, and just a little bit different.

Idk if its a pizza or a dessert. My brain hurts trying to think of it as both lol.

  5. User avatar Eugene Medhurst says:

    4 stars
Yummm, love all that chocolate! But way too sweet for me. Next time I’ll cut down the sugar.

  6. User avatar arnoldo.green says:

    3 stars
Not enough chocolate for me, like where is the fudge? I wanted chocolate heaven and got a chocolate dribble instead.

    1. 4 stars
I totally get it! I was hoping for a chocolate overload too. Maybe next time I’ll just drizzle more fudge on top myself! 😂

  7. 2 stars
1/2 cup salt? Wait—no, it’s 1/2 tsp. Okay. I was ready to argue. 😅 I’ll try it, but I’m skeptical that cocoa + fruit won’t taste weird.

  8. User avatar ima.bosco91 says:

    3 stars
Okay, but do you actually eat the pizza like a pizza? 🤔 Seems confusing…

  9. User avatar javier.marquardt40 says:

    3 stars
Okay but why only 12-15 min? I was expecting a cookie pizza to be more set. I let it cool fully and it firmed up, but the center was still softer than I wanted. Flavor is still great.

  10. User avatar MAGA2024.Trumpster says:

    5 stars
OMG this is bomb! I used strawberries and blueberries, turned out amazing! Def making again.

    1. User avatar marco.graham40 says:

      5 stars
That sounds delicious! I can’t wait to try it with my own fruits! 🍓🍇

  11. User avatar chad.windler80 says:

    4 stars
Made it and it was… wow. I didn’t have light brown sugar so I used regular and it was still sweet enough. Next time I’ll add more fruit because it was gone fast.

  12. User avatar Draugr Scourge says:

    2 stars
I think fresh fruits on a chocolate pizza is weird but IDK, some people might like it.

    1. 2 stars
Nah, that’s just gross. Chocolate should never be on pizza with fruit. Just stick with regular toppings!

    2. User avatar mohamed.price19 says:

      4 stars
I think it’s a unique twist! Chocolate and fruit can be great together. Can’t wait to try it!

  13. User avatar smartestRedditor says:

Thought this was gonna be too sweet, but it balanced out nicely with the fruit. Nice work!

  14. User avatar Harris Wiza says:

    3 stars
My crust burnt! I think I left it in too long. Beware!

  15. User avatar maria.collier82 says:

    5 stars
This was ridiculously good. I used strawberries and raspberries, and everyone went back for seconds.

This recipe is great! My friends loved it, especially the raspberries on top!

    1. User avatar Sahasrahla says:

      5 stars
I’m so glad to hear that! The raspberries really do add a nice touch, don’t they? Can’t wait to try it myself!

  17. User avatar elvin.ziemann40 says:

    4 stars
Not gonna lie, I messed up step 3 and forgot the baking soda once. It still tasted good but didn’t have that “crusty” feel. So yeah, follow the steps 😅

  18. User avatar doretha.thompson says:

    2 stars
How does chocolate and pizza even go together? Sounds like a weird combo!

  19. 4 stars
I made something similar before and the cocoa dough was awesome, but I’d be careful with the bake time. 12-15 minutes feels short—mine usually needs a couple more minutes to really set.

  20. User avatar Sand-Dial says:

    2 stars
I’m not convinced this is a pizza. It’s a cookie with fruit! 😒

  21. User avatar sammy.legros1953 says:

    3 stars
Ok, BUT like… can you use any fruit or just the ones listed? 🤔

  22. User avatar rusty.schroeder says:

    5 stars
WOW this is a major game changer for dessert!!!

  23. User avatar osvaldo.ondricka2005 says:

I made this and forgot the fruit… oops! Still tasted amazing!

    1. User avatar Mrs. Kelly Bins says:

      4 stars
Yeah, I found it sweet too! I guess everyone’s taste is different. Less sugar could work. 🍰

This is such a delicious recipe! I made it for my family and they loved it. The chocolate combination is perfect!

    1. 5 stars
Glad to hear it was a hit! I love that combo too. What’s your favorite fruit to use on it?

  26. User avatar rupert.bashirian says:

    3 stars
3 kinds of chocolate? Really? I think one type woulda been enough. But I guess people like rich stuff.

  27. User avatar guillermo.lemke69 says:

    5 stars
Made this for my kids, and they couldn’t get enough! So easy and fun to make together.

  28. 4 stars
Very yummy! Make sure you have all chocolates or it won’t taste as good. Cotton candy flavor would be nice.

  29. User avatar darrel.koss says:

    5 stars
Chocolate + fruit pizza is such a fun idea. The triple chips make it super rich—this tasted like dessert pizza at a fancy party.

    1. User avatar odis.kerluke23 says:

      5 stars
Chocolate + fruit on pizza is such a vibe 😍. I love how the triple chips make it taste super rich and “fancy party” level.

  30. User avatar earlene.schuppe8 says:

    2 stars
Not sure about putting fruit on cookies… Sounds weird tbh. 🤔

    1. User avatar cruz.mayer10 says:

      4 stars
I thought fruit on cookies was odd too, but it actually tastes great! Give it a shot! 🍓🍕

  31. 5 stars
This is the best dessert I’ve ever made! Everyone was amazed. 😍

  32. User avatar Barry Manilow says:

    3 stars
I don’t know… it feels like too much chocolate. Maybe using just one type would be better?

  33. User avatar keneth.vandervort65 says:

    4 stars
I thought it would be hard but it’s pretty easy! Didn’t have dark choc, so I just added more white chocolate, hehe. 😋

  34. User avatar rasheeda.hill1954 says:

    4 stars
Is it just me or does it need more fruits? Saw a recipe with peaches too! But other than that, I’m giving it a try.

  35. User avatar joi.okuneva1958 says:

    4 stars
Yum! Just made it! But I forgot to add the vanilla… Still delicious!

  36. User avatar Galaxia Woonbeam says:

    2 stars
Not so sure about chocolate pizza, sounds kinda weird. Chocolate should be a dessert, not a pizza. Just my opinion.

  37. 5 stars
Delicious! I used pineapple instead of strawberries. Unique twist!

    1. User avatar Ford Prefect says:

      4 stars
Pineapple? That’s different! I never thought to use that, but it sounds interesting! 😊

  38. User avatar terminatorXYZ says:

Totally overrated! I followed the recipe and it burned. Waste of good chocolate!!!

    1. User avatar basementDweller says:

      2 stars
I dunno, maybe you didn’t pay attention? My mom always said if you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

    2. User avatar Normand Beer says:

      4 stars
I’m sorry to hear that! Did you check the oven temperature? Sometimes ovens can be off. I’ve had it turn out great! Keep trying!

  39. User avatar Draugr Wight says:

    2 stars
Not sure I’m sold on fruit + chocolate chips like this. Also, my raspberries slid off a little—maybe I didn’t let the crust cool enough. Taste was fine though.

  40. User avatar camilla.abshire1971 says:

    3 stars
I made this for a potluck but forgot the baking soda. It didn’t rise much… ;(

    1. User avatar an.mclaughlin66 says:

      3 stars
Honestly, I’ve done that too! You can still make it tasty by adding some whipped cream on top! Who needs rising anyway? 😂

    2. User avatar erwin.sauer says:

      4 stars
Oh no! That sounds frustrating! Next time, try to double-check your ingredients before starting. It’ll help avoid mess-ups like that! 🥺

  41. User avatar ernestine.mayer says:

    4 stars
Igot a burnt bottom… Maybe my oven is weird but still, yum!

  42. User avatar alethia.gorczany77 says:

    4 stars
I followed it pretty closely, but my dough didn’t look like “pizza” dough so I pressed it anyway. Turned out okay, though I think 12 minutes was a bit underdone for my oven. Next time I’ll bake closer to 15.

  43. 5 stars
This dessert is amazing! The chocolate and fruit combination is just perfect. My family devoured it!

  44. 5 stars
SO MUCH CHOCOLATE! I loved it! But my dentist hates me now. 😂

  45. 3 stars
I don’t understand what a fruit pizza is. Like, just put the fruits on a cookie? Seems too easy.

  46. 2 stars
How long it take to cook? The time says like not long but idk…

    1. 5 stars
It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to bake, just like it says in the instructions. Just keep an eye on it! 🍕

    2. User avatar crystle.hartmann42 says:

      2 stars
I dunno, that doesn’t seem like enough time to me. I usually bake my things longer. 🤔

  47. 4 stars
Easy to make, fun for kids. We had a blast decorating ours with all sorts of fruits. Will try again for sure.

  48. User avatar werner.renner says:

    3 stars
It didn’t bake well for me. My dough was too soft. Maybe I shoulda added more flour?

  49. 2 stars
I tried to make this but I forgot the egg. Not sure if that’s why it flopped but it didn’t work. Be careful!

  50. User avatar darline.goldner says:

    5 stars
So good!!! I used banana instead of strawberries. Yummy!

  51. User avatar jone.jakubowski says:

    4 stars

Looks fancy, but takes too long for something that’s just a cookie. I prefer regular fruit salad.

  54. User avatar Tami Mitchell says:

    4 stars
The ingredient list says “baking soda” but the instructions never mention chilling the dough—so I just skipped. Still turned out okay!

  55. 5 stars

    2. 3 stars
I dunno, it sounds a bit too sweet for me with all that chocolate. Maybe not for everyone?

  56. User avatar steffanie.franecki66 says:

    3 stars
Easy to make and quick. But I used frozen fruit and it was a bit mushy. Next time, fresh all the way!

  57. User avatar weldon.kemmer says:

    4 stars
Triple chocolate, yes please! But where are the fruits? I just used bananas instead, still delicious though!

  58. 4 stars
I subbed the butter for coconut oil and it turned out great!

      5 stars
That’s awesome! Coconut oil can add a nice flavor. I might try that next time!

  59. User avatar dwight.wintheiser says:
