Sheet Pan Shrimp

A delicious and easy sheet pan shrimp recipe. This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner. The shrimp and vegetables are seasoned with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then roasted in the oven until tender and flavorful. Serve with rice or a salad for a complete meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Lemon sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss together the shrimp, asparagus, bell pepper, red onion, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Arrange the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.
  • Top with lemon slices.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

    Y’all, I think 425°F is too high? Shouldn’t it be lower for shrimp? Anyway, mine was ok but not spectacular.

    I don’t like paprika, so I left it out. Still turned out good. Maybe you can add soy sauce instead? Just a thought.
