Greek Omelette with Sausage
Delicious and filling Greek omelette with sausage, feta cheese, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 sausages sliced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- onion small, chopped
- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausages and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese over the omelette and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
