A refreshing and vibrant cocktail perfect for brunch, combining the sweetness of pomegranate juice with the crispness of sparkling wine.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 4 oz sparkling wine chilled, preferably Champagne or Prosecco
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • 1 slice orange for garnish
  • 2 oz orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Pour the pomegranate and orange juice into a champagne flute.
  • Slowly add the sparkling wine to fill the glass.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds or an orange slice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
