Rotelle with Burrata, Spinach, and Almonds combines creamy burrata cheese, fresh spinach, and crunchy almonds with rotelle pasta for a delightful and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 100 grams Rotelle pasta uncooked
- 1 ball Burrata cheese fresh
- 2 cups Spinach fresh, washed
- 1/4 cup Almonds sliced, toasted
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Cook the rotelle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the spinach and garlic.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a serving plate and top with the fresh burrata cheese.
- Sprinkle the toasted almond slices over the top and serve immediately.
