Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs basil, or dill), chopped, such as parsley
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Season sea bass fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to coat evenly.
- Place sliced lemon and chopped herbs on top of each fillet.
- Grill sea bass for about 5-7 minutes per side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
