Ingredients
- 2 dragon fruit
- 2 kiwis
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and dice the dragon fruits and kiwis.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
- In a large bowl, combine the dragon fruits, kiwis, and the honey-lime dressing.
- Gently toss to coat the fruits with the dressing.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
