Ingredients
  

  • 2 dragon fruit
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the dragon fruits and kiwis.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
  • In a large bowl, combine the dragon fruits, kiwis, and the honey-lime dressing.
  • Gently toss to coat the fruits with the dressing.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!
