Grilled Steak and Bell Pepper Breakfast Hash
Start your day off right with this delicious and satisfying breakfast hash made with grilled steak and bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak cut into small cubes, grilled
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 potatoes large, diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Add the potatoes, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Push the hash to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
- Serve the hash with the grilled steak on top and enjoy!
