A quick and easy dish that combines the rich flavors of garlic and parmesan cheese into a creamy pasta, all cooked in one pot for minimal cleanup.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add the spaghetti and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
