Cauliflower Rice
A healthy and low-carb alternative to regular rice made from cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cauliflower.
- Remove the outer leaves and cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice grains.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Saute for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Serve hot as a side dish or in place of rice in your favorite recipes.
