Instructions
Wash and dry the cauliflower.
Remove the outer leaves and cut the cauliflower into florets.
Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice grains.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Saute for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
Serve hot as a side dish or in place of rice in your favorite recipes.
