Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to create the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
