Too many instructions for such an easy dish, come on!
I disagree! I think the steps are pretty clear and helpful for a beginner. It helps to have guidance when cooking. 😄
Doesn’t sound very exciting to me. Chicken and artichokes? Sounds boring!
So I skipped the breadcrumbs and it turned out fine! Gonna try it that way next time too.
Just made this for dinner and it was sooo good! Will definitely make again. 💚
Could use more instructions about how much tarragon vinegar and garlic powder. “Sprinkle” and “drizzle” are vague, so I winged it and it was ok.
Tried this tonight—so comforting. The tarragon vinegar gives it a nice tang without overpowering everything. I baked it the full 40 minutes and it came out juicy.
I dunno… 40 minutes at 350 seems like it could dry chicken out. What kind of chicken size/cubes did you use? Mine got a bit too dry when I tried a similar bake.
So glad it worked for you! I love how the tarragon vinegar adds that tang without stealing the show. “Juicy” is exactly what I want from this one 😊
Why bake at 350 for 40? Chicken cubes might already be cooked from browning—could be overcooked. I’d check internal temp instead of trusting the clock.
Totally agree—timers lie. Chicken can go from juicy to dry fast, especially after browning. Internal temp is the way to go.
I mean… 350 for 40 always worked for me 🤷♂️. But yeah if they’re small cubes they might cook quicker. Maybe start checking at like 30?
I followed it and it was kind of bland. Maybe my breadcrumbs weren’t seasoned enough? Also 1-inch cubes browned fine but I should’ve cooked a little longer before baking.
Pretty solid weeknight meal. I used extra pepper and it still worked. Next time I might add a little more olive oil for a thicker golden crust.
Wow, this was so good! The tarragon gave it such a unique flavor.
Not really spicy enough for my taste. I added some chili flakes, lol.
Not gonna lie, “tarragon vinegar” sounds fancy but I think any vinegar would work, right? I went with apple cider and it was actually decent. Husband approved!
I guess any vinegar works, but tarragon is kinda the whole point here. If you use apple cider, won’t it get sweeter? Might still be fine though—just not the same flavor.
Totally! “Tarragon vinegar” is mainly bringing a herby, slightly tangy vibe—apple cider would be a close-enough substitute. Love that your husband approved!
Made this last night—tarragon vinegar is a game changer. The chicken came out crispy-ish on the edges and the artichokes stayed nice and tender.
Ooo tarragon vinegar is such a smart move—nice to hear it actually boosts flavor instead of getting lost. Crispy edges + tender artichokes sounds like a perfect combo.
This is the easiest chiken recipe I’ve ever tried. Can’t believe how quick it was! Thanks for sharing!
I dunno, seems too simple. Do the artichokes really add that much flavor? 🤔
I’m so glad you loved it! It’s truly a lifesaver when you need something quick and tasty. 😊
It was okay, but I think I put too much garlic powder. Next time I’ll hold back a bit.
Hmmm, not sure about artichokes. Can I use mushrooms instead?
Can you use regular vinegar instead of tarragon vinegar? Asking for a friend!
This was sooo good! My family loved it! Will definitely make it again!
I wasn’t sure about tarragon vinegar, but it really worked. Surprised me!
I dunno… it sounds a bit complicated for busy folks. Not sure if I can handle it.
