A delicious twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring creamy brie and savory prosciutto.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread preferably sourdough or country loaf
- 50 grams brie cheese sliced
- 50 grams prosciutto thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, layer the brie and prosciutto.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

I don’t get why people put fancy stuff in grilled cheese. Just stick with the classic. This recipe is too complicated.
