- 200 grams pasta use any type of your choice
- 1 cup spinach packed, fresh
- 1 avocado ripe, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup basil fresh
- 1/4 cup parsley fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the spinach, avocado, basil, parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
