Too many instructions for such an easy dish, come on!
I disagree! I think the steps are pretty clear and helpful for a beginner. It helps to have guidance when cooking. 😄
Doesn’t sound very exciting to me. Chicken and artichokes? Sounds boring!
So I skipped the breadcrumbs and it turned out fine! Gonna try it that way next time too.
Just made this for dinner and it was sooo good! Will definitely make again. 💚
Tried this tonight—so comforting. The tarragon vinegar gives it a nice tang without overpowering everything. I baked it the full 40 minutes and it came out juicy.
I dunno… 40 minutes at 350 seems like it could dry chicken out. What kind of chicken size/cubes did you use? Mine got a bit too dry when I tried a similar bake.
So glad it worked for you! I love how the tarragon vinegar adds that tang without stealing the show. “Juicy” is exactly what I want from this one 😊
I followed it and it was kind of bland. Maybe my breadcrumbs weren’t seasoned enough? Also 1-inch cubes browned fine but I should’ve cooked a little longer before baking.
Pretty solid weeknight meal. I used extra pepper and it still worked. Next time I might add a little more olive oil for a thicker golden crust.
Wow, this was so good! The tarragon gave it such a unique flavor.
Not really spicy enough for my taste. I added some chili flakes, lol.
Not gonna lie, “tarragon vinegar” sounds fancy but I think any vinegar would work, right? I went with apple cider and it was actually decent. Husband approved!
I guess any vinegar works, but tarragon is kinda the whole point here. If you use apple cider, won’t it get sweeter? Might still be fine though—just not the same flavor.
Totally! “Tarragon vinegar” is mainly bringing a herby, slightly tangy vibe—apple cider would be a close-enough substitute. Love that your husband approved!
This is the easiest chiken recipe I’ve ever tried. Can’t believe how quick it was! Thanks for sharing!
I dunno, seems too simple. Do the artichokes really add that much flavor? 🤔
I’m so glad you loved it! It’s truly a lifesaver when you need something quick and tasty. 😊
It was okay, but I think I put too much garlic powder. Next time I’ll hold back a bit.
Hmmm, not sure about artichokes. Can I use mushrooms instead?
Can you use regular vinegar instead of tarragon vinegar? Asking for a friend!
This was sooo good! My family loved it! Will definitely make it again!
I wasn’t sure about tarragon vinegar, but it really worked. Surprised me!
I dunno… it sounds a bit complicated for busy folks. Not sure if I can handle it.
looks yummy! but I don’t like artichokes. can I use something else?
My kids didn’t eat it. They said it looks weird. Maybe I did something wrong?
I would have added more garlic powder, it was a bit bland for my taste.
I’ve never used tarragon vinegar before. Is that even a thing? This was ok but maybe not my style.
Tarragon vinegar is actually pretty great! It adds a unique flavor. Maybe you just need to get used to it. Don’t give up on it yet!
I dunno about tarragon vinegar, sounds fancy. Just use normal vinegar, right? This recipe seems too complicated for me.
Baked chicken? What is that? I only fry it! LOL
Easy to make and tastes great! My kids cleaned their plates! 🐔👍
Pretty solid, the chicken stays juicy and the artichokes add a nice tang. Next time I’ll season the breadcrumbs more because mine felt a tad bland before the baking.
Not bad but I couldn’t find artichokes in my store?? Had to skip them and used mushrooms instead. Still worked!
Not convinced about the tarragon vinegar—felt kinda sour for me. Also I think my chicken was a tad dry after baking (maybe my cubes were smaller than 1-inch).
This was so yummy! The tarragon gives it such a unique flavor. Will definitely make again!
I dunno, I think it could use more flavor. The artichokes didn’t really add anything, and the chicken was kinda bland. Gonna give it a 2.
I totally disagree! This recipe is amazing. The artichokes really add a unique taste and the chicken was cooked perfect for me!
Tarragon chicken? Garlic powder? These flavors totally dont go together!
I think garlic can actually enhance the tarragon flavor! Give it a try before judging! 😄
Ugh, seriously? This recipe looks delish. Maybe your taste is just off?
I ain’t never heard of tarragon before. What is it even? 🤔
This is the best chicken recipe I have ever made! The tarragon vinegar gives it such a unique flavor.
Not bad but I think the seasoning instructions are a little vague. Like… how much garlic powder and how much salt/pepper? I kinda guessed and it turned out okay.
I found it kind of bland, even with garlic powder. Maybe more seasoning next time?
This recipe is so easy! Even my kids loved it! Going into my regular rotation.
I burned mine a bit cuz I forgot to set a timer. Still tastes good tho!
Totally gonna try this! Sounds yum. 🤤
I’ve made this before! It’s really good. The tarragon vinegar adds a unique flavor.
Looks tasty but artichokes? Yuck! I don’t think I could eat that part!
I love artichokes! This recipe makes me wanna cook again. So delicious!
This felt fancy for how easy it is. I didn’t have tarragon vinegar so I swapped white wine vinegar + a tiny splash of dried tarragon, and it still worked!
Could I use chicken thighs instead? I prefer them over breasts. Looks yummy!
Absolutely! Chicken thighs would work great. They’re juicier and have more flavor than breasts! Enjoy! 😊
This was amazing! I loved the flavor of the tarragon, it blended perfectly with the chicken and artichokes. Definitely a keeper! 🍗
Not sure what tarragon is. Thought it was a spice for a long time but turned out to be a plant. 🤔
Tarragon is a type of chicken? Wait, what? I thought it was a spice?!
Why would you use tarragon vinegar? Just use regular vinegar, it’s the same. Didn’t turn out great for me.
What’s tarragon vinegar? Can I just use normal vinegar?
Tarragon vinegar is made from tarragon leaves and is quite different from regular vinegar! It’s got a unique flavor! You can try normal vinegar, but it won’t be the same. 😊
I’m not sure about baking chicken with artichokes like that. Mine came out a little dry even though I followed the 40 minutes. Flavor was okay though.
World’s easiest casserole vibe, love it. The breadcrumb coating held up well. I added a pinch of paprika and it felt more “restaurant-y.” Would make again.
Just so you know, tarragon vinegar is hard to find in some stores! I had to search a bit. But worth it, still a good recipe!
I think the recipe needs more spices. It was a bit bland for my taste. 😕
I agree! A little extra spice can make a big difference. Maybe some paprika or cumin next time? 😊
Wow, this was delicious! I loved the tarragon flavor and the artichokes were a nice touch.
Uh… tarragon vinegar + breadcrumbs + chicken + artichokes sounds kinda weird to me but I tried it. Surprisingly good. My husband went back for seconds so yeah.
Not sure about the vinegar amount—mine tasted kinda sharp before it baked down. I think I under-seasoned with salt too. Still edible, just not my favorite flavor combo.
I dunno. My chicken didn’t turn out so great. Maybe I did something wrong? Meh…
I don’t get it. It was just chicken and old artichokes. Sad meal. 😒
Big hit at the dinner party! Everybody asked for the recipe. Thanks!
Chicken + artichokes = win! Perfect for parties.
Is tarragon vinegar like the regular vinegar? I’m confused here. 🤔
I didn’t have artichokes, so I used mushrooms instead. It turned out pretty good but not great.
Great recipe! Can I use chicken thighs instead? I prefer dark meat.
Made this last night—super easy and the tarragon vinegar really gives it that bright, herby tang. I used a little extra breadcrumbs so it browned more evenly. Delicious!
I followed it pretty closely but mine came out a bit dry, like the breadcrumbs absorbed too much. Might be my oven runs hot—would reduce bake time or add a splash of the artichoke liquid.
This recipe needed more seasoning directions. How much garlic powder and vinegar? I kinda just sprinkled and drizzled and it turned out salty. Would try again with measurements.
Totally get it—sprinkling “to taste” can go sideways fast. I usually do ~1/2 tsp garlic powder for 1 lb chicken, and for the vinegar start small: 1–2 tbsp tarragon vinegar, then add more only if it looks like it needs it.
I like chicken, artichokes not so much. Made with only chiken, it was ok.
Sooo good! Chicken turned out perfect! 👍
So easy to make! The kids loved it too. We will add it to our regular meal plan.
1 lb chicken + a can of artichokes sounds right, but 40 minutes at 350°F felt like too long for me. Chicken started to toughen. I’d cut the bake time to 25-30 minutes.
Dude, I think you forgot to mention how much oil to use. I just kinda guessed.
Lol, oil? Is it even necessary? I mean, can’t we just use water or something? Just a thought!
Yeah, I totally guessed too! I ended up using a cup of oil, which was kinda too much, but it was good! Next time I’ll be more careful.
Honestly I burned the breadcrumbs a bit because I browned the chicken longer than 7 minutes 😅 Still tasted good, but not as golden. I’d say 7 minutes is real—listen to the recipe.
Totally get that 😅 but honestly “still tasted good” is a win. The 5–7 minutes browning is more like a window—your pan heat might run hotter. Next time just pull them the moment they’re golden and let the oven finish it.
I’m not a good cook, and this turned out fine for me. Thanks!
Honestly pretty good for a weeknight casserole. My chicken cubes stayed juicy even after baking. Next time I’ll add a pinch of paprika for color though.
Yummy! I added some mushrooms just to spice things up and it was awesome! Will make again! 🙂
Mushrooms? Never thought of that! Sounds interesting though!
Is there even tarragon in this? I mean, vinegar is not the same! 🤔 But it looked nice, so 3 stars for presentation.
Made this last night—super savory. The tarragon vinegar really wakes everything up. I only added a little extra pepper and it was perfect.
This tarragon chicken recipe is a total hit! My family loved it so much, I made it twice this week! 5 stars all the way!
I tried this recipe too and it was amazing! My kids are picky, but they gobbled it all up!
I don’t get what the hype is. It was just okay for me. Maybe I’m not a fan of tarragon or something.
Yummy 😋
Made this tonight and it was surprisingly good. The tarragon vinegar really lifts the flavor, and the breadcrumb coating stayed nice instead of turning mushy.
I’m skeptical about baking breaded chicken cubes for 40 minutes—seems like they might dry out. Mine weren’t totally dry, but the coating softened a lot by the end.
Baked it in 300°F instead of 350°F and it took an hour. Was confused, but still good! 😂
Lol! 300°F? I woulda ruined it! Guess you got lucky! 😂 Maybe I should try that next time!
You baked it longer at a lower temp? That’s interesting! 😅 I usually follow the temp, but I’m glad it turned out good for you!
Pretty tasty, but I think I overbrowned mine—next time I’ll watch it closer. Also, “tarragon vinegar” is vague… I used about 2 tbsp and it felt right.
I made it last night and my kids loved it! Even my picky eater. 🥳
Never heard of tarragon vinegar lol but I guess it’s fine. Chicken was good, I’m just confused on the quantities.
