Delicious and sweet spring rolls filled with chocolate and juicy mango.
Ingredients
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 2 mangoes ripe, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place a few slices of mango in the center of the wrapper, leaving space around the edges.
- Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the mango slices.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll it up tightly.
- Moisten the edges with water to seal the spring roll.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet.
- Carefully place the spring rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Serve the chocolate mango spring rolls warm.
- Optional: dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
