Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
Place a few slices of mango in the center of the wrapper, leaving space around the edges.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips over the mango slices.
Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll it up tightly.
Moisten the edges with water to seal the spring roll.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet.
Carefully place the spring rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
