Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
