Blueberry Chocolate Tart

December 31, 2025

If you’re looking for a dessert that balances indulgence with freshness, the blueberry chocolate tart checks every box. It’s rich but not overwhelming, fruity but not too sweet, and it always looks more impressive than the effort it takes to make. Whether you’re baking for a dinner party, a brunch gathering, or just treating yourself, this tart delivers a deliciously satisfying experience.

At the heart of the tart is a crisp, buttery crust. It’s the perfect base for the smooth chocolate ganache that follows, a filling made from good-quality dark chocolate and cream. The ganache is glossy, velvety, and melts in your mouth with every bite. Once the chocolate sets, it’s topped with a layer of fresh blueberries. The contrast between the rich chocolate and the tangy berries creates a flavor profile that’s both complex and refreshing.

You can play with the layers to suit your style. Some versions fold the berries into the ganache, allowing them to soften slightly and deepen in flavor. Others pile the berries on top for a burst of color and a bright, juicy texture. You might even drizzle melted chocolate or a light fruit glaze over the top for a polished finish.

This tart doesn’t demand special equipment or complicated techniques. A tart pan with a removable bottom helps with presentation, but even a basic pie dish will do. It can be made ahead of time and chilled until ready to serve, which makes it perfect for entertaining.

Serve the tart on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a spoonful of whipped cream, or a few mint leaves for contrast. However you style it, the result is elegant, delicious, and memorable.

The blueberry chocolate tart is proof that simple ingredients can create something extraordinary when paired thoughtfully. It’s a dessert that’s as enjoyable to make as it is to eat.

Prep Time 30 minutes

Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter cold and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Pulse a few times to combine.
  • Add the cold butter cubes and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla extract. Slowly pour the mixture into the food processor while pulsing, until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together. Shape the dough into a disc and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the blueberries release their juices. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Pour the blueberry mixture into the tart shell.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the blueberry filling.
  • Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the chocolate filling is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

It’s alright. Just okay. Nothing special in my opinion.

  22. User avatar jermaine.cronin0 says:

    2 stars
I followed the recipe exactly, but my tart turned out super soggy. What did I do wrong?

    1. User avatar Colin the Security Robot says:

      4 stars
Maybe you didn’t cook the blueberries long enough? They can make it soggy if too much juice is left.

    2. User avatar corinne.langworth says:

      3 stars
Soggy? Ugh, that’s the worst. Did you let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan? That can help!

  23. User avatar dana.grady30 says:

    3 stars
Are we supposed to cook the blueberries? Mine just popped all over the place!

    1. 4 stars
Yeah, you’re supposed to heat them a bit to thicken the filling. Otherwise, they go everywhere! Happened to me too the first time.

    2. User avatar Roberta Nitzsche says:

      3 stars
No way! I thought you just toss them in raw! Next time I’ll try cooking them. Hope mine doesn’t pop like that!

  24. User avatar clemmie.schneider says:

    3 stars
My kids didn’t like it that much, too much chocolate I guess?

    1. 5 stars
Not sure how they don’t like it, chocolate is the best! More for me! 😋

    2. 4 stars
Maybe try less chocolate next time? Kids can be picky with flavors.

  25. User avatar queen.kuphal2003 says:

    3 stars
A bit too sweet for my taste. Might reduce the sugar next time.

  26. User avatar johnathon.smitham says:

    5 stars
Absolutely fabulous! I used frozen blueberries and it turned out fine.

  27. 3 stars
My crust didn’t turn out right. It was all crumbly. Any tips on how to fix that?

  28. User avatar rocio.tremblay89 says:

    4 stars
I forgot the lemon juice and it still turned out great! Baking magic!

  29. User avatar benito.senger49 says:

    3 stars
It was too sweet for my taste. I think next time I’ll use less sugar. The crust fell apart though.

    1. User avatar brian.schiller86 says:

      4 stars
I totally get what you mean! I found it a bit sweet too. Maybe try dark chocolate next time; it balances it out better. But the crust can be tricky sometimes. Hope it works better next time!

  30. User avatar chris.lakin says:

    4 stars
This tart reminds me of the time I made a mistake in the kitchen. 😂 But I love it!

  31. User avatar morris.waelchi1986 says:

    1 star
Did I do something wrong? The filling didn’t set right. It was runny… like soupy chocolate blueberry mess. 😩

    1. 3 stars
It happens to the best of us! Maybe you didn’t let it cool enough before slicing? I’d still eat a messy tart tho! 😅

    2. User avatar Rita Booke says:

      4 stars
Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. Sometimes the filling doesn’t set if the mixtures aren’t cooked long enough or if there’s too much liquid. Try cooking the blueberries longer next time! 🤞

  32. User avatar smartestRedditor says:

    5 stars
This tart is a great balance of chocolatey and fruity! Yum!

  33. User avatar ilana.senger44 says:

    5 stars
Wow, really impressed with this recipe! It turned out beautiful and delicious! ❤️

  34. 1 star
This recipe looks too complicated. I’m just gonna buy a tart instead.

  35. User avatar Winfred Wyman says:

    2 stars
Not bad, but I thought it would be more chocolaty. The tart was kinda soggy too. 😟

  36. User avatar gerardo.lemke says:

    1 star
I think I mixed up the temps or something, crust burnt bad! Check your oven guys!

    1. 3 stars
Maybe just watch it closely next time? Burnt crust is the worst! But I’m sure it still tasted good with the chocolate and blueberries!

    2. User avatar gerardo.padberg54 says:

      4 stars
Oh no! That happened to me once too! I think it could be the oven temperature being off. Always good to have an oven thermometer just in case!

  37. 5 stars
Made this for a potluck and everyone went bananas over it! Thanks!

  38. 3 stars
I feel like the chocolate kinda overpowers the blueberries. Maybe less chocolate next time?

  39. User avatar rigoberto.hills35 says:

    1 star
Not sure why people rave about this. It didn’t taste like much to me. Kinda bland.

    1. User avatar Tom Bombadil says:

      5 stars
I disagree! I thought the flavor was delish. The combination of chocolate and blueberries is so good! 😋

  40. User avatar Amanda Herman says:

    5 stars
Super easy recipe! just tried it and turned out perfect, thanks!

  41. User avatar elliot.nikolaus57 says:

So delicious! Made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it! Will definitely make again.

    1. User avatar emanuel.langosh says:

      5 stars
I’m so happy to hear that! This tart was a hit at my last gathering too! Your guests must have loved it!

    2. User avatar harland.cremin2000 says:

      2 stars
But can it really be that good? I mean, blueberries and chocolate? Seems kinda weird to me.

  42. 3 stars
Super rich but on the heavier side. Maybe I should’ve cut the chocolate part a bit? Still tasty tho.

    1. User avatar Sand-Dial says:

      2 stars
Honestly, too rich for my taste. I think there should be more blueberries than chocolate! 😅

    2. User avatar norman.yundt23 says:

      4 stars
Cutting the chocolate might help! I usually use less chocolate for a lighter dessert too, but I love the richness of this one.

  43. User avatar Leonel Ritchie says:

    3 stars
I followed the instructions to a T, but my crust didn’t turn out right. Any tips?

    1. User avatar corrin.beahan58 says:

      4 stars
Sorry to hear that! Maybe the butter was too warm? Make sure to chill it well before using. Good luck!

  44. 4 stars
Really good! But why is there so much butter? Seems unhealthy 🤔.

  45. 4 stars
Perfect dessert for summer! 🍇🍫 Love the freshness of blueberries with chocolate!

  46. User avatar jesica.wilderman14 says:

    2 stars
I don’t know about mixing blueberries and chocolate. Seems kinda weird to me. Wasn’t really for my taste.

  47. User avatar terminatorXYZ says:

    2 stars
I dunno about mixing chocolate and blueberries… sounds weird.

    1. User avatar yadira.carter88 says:

      4 stars
I thought the same, but chocolate and blueberries is actually really tasty together! You should try it!

  48. User avatar sol.mayert36 says:

    1 star
My tart exploded in the oven… should I really have used a smaller pan? 🤦‍♀️

  49. 4 stars
Easy recipe, I made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it! Thanks for sharing.

  50. 3 stars
Could use less butter. It was too rich for my taste. Not my fav dessert. 😕

  51. User avatar ellsworth.stehr56 says:

    5 stars
This tart is absolutely divine! The combo of blueberries and chocolate is perfect. My family couldn’t get enough of it!

    1. 2 stars
Blueberries and chocolate? Sounds weird. Are you sure this tastes good together? I might just stick to regular fruit tarts.

    2. User avatar Barbra Sanford says:

      5 stars
I totally agree! I made this for my kids and they loved it. Even my picky eater went for seconds!

  52. 2 stars
Not sure why you need cornstarch… isn’t that for thickening? Maybe just cook it longer?

  53. User avatar Falmer Spellsword says:

    5 stars
The chocolate and blueberries combo is surprisingly good! Found my new favorite dessert!

This chocolate tart is to die for! The blueberries and chocolate combo is genius. 5 stars!

    1. User avatar Barry Manilow says:

      2 stars
Sounds good but chocolate and fruit? Is that even a thing? I always thought they shouldn’t mix.

    2. User avatar maurine.bogisich says:

      5 stars
I totally agree! This tart is amazing! I made it last week and my friends couldn’t get enough!

  59. 4 stars
Easy to follow, but I replaced the blueberries with raspberries ’cause I had some in the fridge. Still turned out great!

  60. User avatar shakita.lueilwitz says:

    2 stars
I dunno, it was kinda hard to make. Maybe I messed up the crust? My kids said it was too chocolaty.

  61. User avatar Effrafax of Wug says:

    4 stars
Easy to make and super delicious! My family loved it, will definitely make again.

  62. 2 stars
Not sure about mixing blueberries with chocolate. It seemed off to me. I expected it to be sweeter.

  63. 2 stars
Tried this recipe but it didn’t turn out as expected. My chocolate melted too much and the tart was kinda soggy. Not the best… 😕

  64. User avatar Alia Atreides says:

    4 stars
I forgot the lemon juice and it still tasted good. Maybe not as bright, but still yum! Definitely making it again.

    1. 5 stars
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! Lemon juice does add a nice zing, but it sounds like you made it work without it. Yum!

  65. 3 stars
Um, I don’t know about this one. Blueberry and chocolate? Feels like a weird combo. But hey, I’m willing to try anything once. 😂

    1. User avatar tissues_with_issues says:

      5 stars
I know it sounds odd but trust me, blueberry and chocolate are actually great together! You might be surprised. 😊

  66. 1 star
Too much work for a tart. Could’ve just bought it at the store for half the time! ⏳ Not impressed.

  67. User avatar Falmer Warmonger says:

    5 stars
This tart is amazing! The combination of blueberry and chocolate is to die for. I can’t believe how easy it was to make! 😍

  68. User avatar mica.mckenzie says:

    5 stars
SO GOOD! Who knew blueberries and chocolate would go together? My kids devoured it! 🎉

  69. 4 stars
Yum! Will my waistline survive this? Haha, but seriously, it’s delish! Making it for a dinner party!

  70. User avatar elisha.pfannerstill1998 says:

    3 stars
Not gonna lie, 20 minutes at 375 seems short for the crust to fully bake—mine was a bit soft in the center.

  71. 3 stars
I accidentally used frozen blueberries and the filling took forever to thicken. Still tasty though—just messy. Might be my fault.

  72. User avatar malcolm.quitzon says:

    2 stars
I didn’t have cornstarch, so I used flour instead. It didn’t thicken up right. Lesson learned!

  73. User avatar candy.wuckert60 says:

    5 stars
5 stars! Just made it for a dinner party and it was a hit! Everyone kept asking for the recipe. 😍

  74. User avatar lester.damore7 says:

    4 stars
I was skeptical about this recipe at first. Chocolate and berries? Seemed odd. But wow, it was a good surprise!

  75. User avatar raleigh.mckenzie83 says:

    5 stars
Wow, this looks dangerously good. The cocoa crust + blueberry + chocolate combo is such a cheat code. I’d probably add a pinch of espresso powder too for extra depth.

  76. User avatar felix.leannon says:

    5 stars
Honestly tastes like a fancy store-bought tart. I got compliments from people who “don’t even like desserts,” lol. 10/10 would make again.

  77. 4 stars
Followed the recipe pretty much exactly and it came out pretty. Flavor is rich but not overly sweet. Next time I might add a pinch more salt because I like that contrast, but overall great.

    1. User avatar katharyn.doyle76 says:

      5 stars
Glad it came out rich but not too sweet—your salt tweak makes sense! I always find cocoa can mute flavors a bit.

  78. User avatar bobbie.bogan says:

    4 stars
I like the concept, but 20 minutes at 375 for the chocolate topping felt a little short to me. Next time I might bake 5 more mins so it sets firmer.

    1. User avatar alisa.balistreri37 says:

      5 stars
Good call—20 min at 375°F can definitely be a bit optimistic for a thicker chocolate layer. I’d also try chilling it after baking so the topping firms up more.

  79. 2 stars
I gave this 2 stars because the oven timing is off and my tart broke when I tried to slice it. Also I burned the bottom a little. Flavor saved it. Next time I’ll bake longer and let it cool completely.

    1. User avatar halflife4 says:

      4 stars
Ugh that sucks—thanks for being honest. I’ve had tarts crack when I slice too soon too. Did you let it cool longer than the recipe says? Mine always needs way more time.

    2. User avatar Vladimir Harkonnen says:

      4 stars
20 min at 375 seems short for a tart shell with cocoa. I’d try 25–30 and keep an eye on the bottom so it doesn’t burn. Also, cutting while it’s warm will definitely break it.

  80. 5 stars
Yum! This tart is so good! I shared it with my family and they loved it too. Easy to follow, thanks!

  81. User avatar tissues_with_issues says:

    5 stars
    10/10. super easy.

  82. 5 stars
This sounds dangerously good. Cocoa crust + blueberries + chocolate? I can already taste it. Did anyone try it with frozen berries?

  83. User avatar milford.sawayn66 says:

    5 stars
This looks dangerously delicious. The cocoa crust + blueberry + chocolate combo is like dessert perfection. I might cut the sugar just a bit, but overall, I’m in.

  84. User avatar carlee.ortiz2025 says:

    3 stars
Could you substitute strawberries instead? Not a fan of blueberries myself. 🤷‍♂️

  85. User avatar dixie.kulas says:

    4 stars
The crust came out crumbly for me until I pressed it really firmly into the pan. Also I kneaded a bit more than the recipe said and that helped.

  86. User avatar jeffery.blanda61 says:

    5 stars
This tart is divine! The chocolate and blueberries are such a perfect match. I’ll definitely make it again! 🫐🍫

  87. User avatar lucius.marvin says:

    3 stars
Mine cracked when I rolled it out. I think I didn’t chill long enough (I only did 15 min). Flavor is great, but texture needs more patience.

  88. User avatar lazaro.hahn1963 says:

    5 stars
Blueberries + chocolate is my weakness. I love the lemon juice in the filling too—it keeps it from tasting flat. Will make again for sure.

  89. 4 stars
Made it last weekend and it came out pretty solid. I used a bit more lemon juice because my berries were kinda tart—no regrets.

  90. User avatar eugene.langosh1956 says:

    5 stars
Blueberries + chocolate + lemon juice?? Sounds like flavor overload but in the best way. The lemon actually makes it taste brighter, not weird.

    1. 5 stars
Right?? Lemon + berries is such a “bright” combo. I think the chocolate makes it richer without tasting like a weird citrus dessert.

    2. User avatar jolyn.mertz says:

      3 stars
I’m skeptical only because blueberry + chocolate + lemon juice sounds like it could get sour… but if there’s enough sugar and the crust is cocoa, it might balance out. Anyone tried it yet?

  91. User avatar lawerence.gutkowski97 says:

    3 stars
Not gonna lie, 20 minutes at 375 felt short. My chocolate layer was set but the crust was a little soft. Maybe my oven runs cool. Taste was amazing though.

  92. User avatar regena.dietrich says:

    2 stars
I failed miserably. My dough turned out a sticky mess. What did I do wrong? 🤔

  93. User avatar mireya.jaskolski59 says:

    4 stars
Not bad, but the instructions are a little all over the place. Like, step 11 says bake 20 minutes, then step 12 says cool—how long though? Still tasted good, just unclear.

    1. User avatar catheryn.hand says:

      3 stars
Honestly I just serve it right away lol. The chocolate sets while it cools in the pan. But yeah it could say how long.

    2. 5 stars
Yeah I get what you mean—step 12 is super vague. I usually let it cool about 20-30 minutes at room temp, then slice once it’s set.

The instructions are pretty clear. I just wish it said what size tart pan (like 9 inch?) because my bake time ended up slightly different.

The math isn’t mathing for me—3/4 cup butter for a crust that uses 1.5 cups flour feels like a lot? I thought it would be greasy but it wasn’t. Still, I reduced butter next time and it was even better for my taste.

Totally get that—3/4 cup butter for 1.5 cups flour does sound like a lot on paper. I think the food processor crumbs + chilling helps it bake up crisp instead of greasy, but reducing butter is such an easy tweak if that’s your preference.

Not gonna lie, the combination is weird to me—blueberry and chocolate always feels like a dessert committee meeting. But I’ll try it once.

This is basically dessert chaos. Chocolate on blueberries on chocolate-ish crust. I mean… I can’t say no, but my taste buds are tired already.

  98. User avatar thurman.cummings12 says:

    5 stars
Wow. The crust is so chocolatey and the blueberry layer tastes fresh even though it’s baked. Definitely a keeper.

I used frozen blueberries and the filling got watery before thickening. Next time I’ll thaw and drain them. Still tasty, but the texture wasn’t as great.

I used frozen blueberries and had to add like 2 extra tbsp cornstarch because it stayed thin at first. Once thickened, it was great. Worth adjusting if you don’t have fresh.

    1. 5 stars
Good to know! I’m always dealing with frozen berries being more watery—2 tbsp extra cornstarch sounds like a solid fix.

I was skeptical about cornstarch thickening with just water + lemon, but wow it worked. The blueberries cooked up nice and glossy. Crust stayed crisp-ish even after chilling.

I think 1/2 cup powdered sugar in the crust is too much with already sweet fillings. Might be better with less sugar or a less chocolatey topping.

  103. 4 stars
The dough step is confusing me a bit—when you say “knead it a few times,” mine just sort of crumbled. I pressed it into the tart pan instead of kneading and it still turned out fine, so maybe no big deal.

20 minutes at 375°F seems short for a tart shell—won’t it stay a bit soft? I’m nervous the crust won’t fully set. Maybe I’m just impatient.

    1. 5 stars
I get the worry, but 20 min at 375°F is usually enough since the crust is already chilled and baked until it turns golden. The chocolate layer also sets as it cools—so a little softness right after baking is normal.

  105. 2 stars
I tried it but my tart shell shrank a ton. I think I didn’t chill long enough. Still tasted great, just looked sad lol.

    1. User avatar Barliman Butterbur says:

      4 stars
Aw nooo 😭 but yeah, chilling really is the make-or-break for tart dough. Next time try 45–60 min (or even 15 min in the freezer right before rolling). Also make sure it’s chilled before it hits the oven.

    2. User avatar oPandariaNo says:

      5 stars
Mine shrank once too—turns out I rolled it a bit too thin. I’d aim for like 1/4 inch and don’t stretch it when pressing into the pan. Still, if it tasted great, you’re doing something right!

I used frozen blueberries and cooked them longer; filling was thinner at first but it thickened up. Good adaptation, would recommend.

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about putting heavy cream with chocolate in the microwave… but it melted smooth. I’ll do this again.

  108. User avatar candi.keeling says:

The blueberry filling tasted bright, but my cornstarch got a bit lumpy even though I stirred. Maybe I should whisk cornstarch with water more thoroughly next time.

  109. 2 stars
Meh… the whole thing is kind of heavy. The chocolate layer tastes good, but after a couple bites it gets too rich for me.

  110. User avatar delaine.macgyver7 says:

This is dangerously good. The cocoa crust + blueberry jammy filling is a perfect combo, and the chocolate layer makes it feel fancy. I did have to cool the filling longer so it wouldn’t seep as much—still worth it!

  111. User avatar latrina.murphy35 says:

This looks insanely good—blueberry + chocolate is such a winning combo. I might add a pinch of cinnamon to the crust just for warmth.

Not sure about mixing the chocolate with heavy cream then microwave—seems too risky? I’d rather use a double boiler, but maybe it works fine.

    1. User avatar tameka.stracke says:

      4 stars
Microwave ganache can split if you overheat it, so I’d be careful. If you try it, keep it low and stir a lot. Double boiler is definitely the “no drama” method though.

    2. 5 stars
I get why that sounds risky, but 30-second intervals are pretty safe. I do the same thing and it usually comes out smooth—just stir between bursts so it doesn’t scorch.

  113. 5 stars
The crust flavor is super chocolatey and the crumbly texture is on point. I was worried about kneading, but it worked out fine.

    1. 5 stars
Yes!! I get the same super chocolatey crust vibe—this tart is dangerous 😄 And kneading being easy is a relief, because I always overthink dough stuff.

    2. 4 stars
Mine came out good but I didn’t knead at all, I just pressed it together—maybe that’s why my crust was a bit more tough. Still tasted great though. Did you chill longer than 30 min?

This looks insanely good—cocoa crust + blueberry jammy layer + chocolate ganache is basically my dream dessert. Gonna try it this weekend!

The instructions are clear, but I feel like 20 minutes might not be enough for the chocolate to fully set—mine was a little soft in the middle. Still tasty though.

    1. User avatar irish.cruickshank71 says:

Good call—mine also needed a few extra minutes. I baked closer to 25–28 and the center firms up better. 20 min works only if your tart pan is thinner/heats evenly.

    2. User avatar lamar.brekke says:

      4 stars
I think 20 min is totally fine. If it’s soft, maybe you didn’t cool it long enough—chocolate sets as it cools, not just in the oven. Also, different chocolate chips melt different.

  116. User avatar Lashunda Harber says:

The ingredient list says 1/4 cup granulated sugar plus powdered sugar in the crust—kinda sweet. I might cut sugar by 25% next time.

  117. 4 stars
My tart shell shrank a bit after baking. I think I rolled it too thin. Next time I’ll refrigerate longer and avoid overworking the dough.

  118. User avatar Max Quordlepleen says:

Kids loved it. I served it slightly warm and the chocolate was super gooey. The only complaint was “more chocolate please,” lol.

    1. User avatar lynna.kutch23 says:

      5 stars
Aww love that “more chocolate please” is the only complaint 😄 I’m with you—those gooey chocolate layers are the best part. Did you end up baking it the full 20 minutes, or was it a little under for extra meltiness?

  119. User avatar abe.schroeder0 says:

    2 stars
I don’t get why bake at 375 if you’re just setting the chocolate… seems like it could overcook the crust. I’d try a lower temp.

Short version: I love it. The lemon in the berry filling is the secret. My family ate it too fast.

    1. User avatar kendall.lindgren91 says:

      5 stars
Yes!! The lemon is so sneaky in the berry filling—really brightens it up. Love that your family devoured it 😄

Wait… lemon juice in blueberries? I guess it makes sense though. I’ve made similar fillings without it and it was kinda dull. Might try adding a little lemon next time.
