Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter chilled and cubed

- 3-4 mangoes ripe, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apricot jam melted (for glaze)
Instructions

- Add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water and pulse until the dough comes together. If needed, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
