Sausage and Cauliflower Rice Bowl
A delicious and healthy bowl of sausage and cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
- 1 package sausage
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Dice the bell pepper and onion.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
