Dice the bell pepper and onion.
Mince the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
