Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts Boneless
- 1 can artichoke hearts Quartered, in water
- garlic powder
- salt
- Pepper
- Tarragon vinegar
- Seasoned breadcrumbs
- olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- Roll the chicken cubes in seasoned breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
- Brown the chicken cubes in the olive oil until they are golden brown on all sides. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the browned chicken from the pan and place it in a baking casserole dish.
- Add the quartered artichoke hearts to the casserole dish with the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder evenly over the chicken and artichokes.
- Drizzle tarragon vinegar over the mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Advance Preparation (Optional):
- You can prepare the casserole up to this point and refrigerate it.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 minutes.
- Once baked, serve the casserole hot and enjoy the delicious flavors!

Why would you use tarragon vinegar? Just use regular vinegar, it’s the same. Didn’t turn out great for me.
