For real! I’m not good in the kitchen but I nailed these! They were delish!

  5. 2 stars
Why do you put onions? They ruin everything! Wish I skipped that part.

  6. User avatar reid.monahan38 says:

Really simple but way too greasy for my liking. Maybe I didn’t drain the beef enough? Not doing this again.

  7. User avatar gale.davis42 says:

    3 stars
Simple and quick! But why is it called enchiladas if it’s beef?

  8. 2 stars
I don’t get what the hype is about. Mine turned out kinda soggy. Maybe I did something wrong?

    1. 4 stars
I think the sogginess might be from too much sauce or not cooking them long enough. Try baking them a bit longer next time, and maybe use less sauce!

    2. User avatar junko.wolff69 says:

      3 stars
Soggy? That ain’t right. You sure you followed the steps? My enchiladas came out great!

Too much cheese for my taste… I couldn’t even finish them. 😞

I don’t think you should add red sauce like that, it changes the taste. Prefer green sauce myself.

  16. User avatar mammie.stroman6 says:

    3 stars
I really think this is not authentic enchiladas… should use corn tortillas instead.

Does anyone have tips on making this vegan? I wanna try without the beef and cheese.

    1. User avatar hunter.crona96 says:

You can totally replace the beef with lentils or black beans! For cheese, use a vegan cheese substitute. It’ll still taste amazing!

Can anyone explain why you cook the beef first? Seems like a waste of time if it cooks in the oven anyway.

    1. 5 stars
Cooking the beef first helps to get rid of excess fat and gives it a nice flavor. Trust me, it’s worth the time!
