Delicious and healthy homemade crispy baked zucchini fries. A perfect snack or side dish!
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini medium,
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin strips, like french fries.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each zucchini strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
