- 1 cup mango puree fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, mango puree, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes until it reaches a creamy consistency, about 4 hours.
