Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 150 grams blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low, pour in the heavy cream, and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the crumbled blue cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, tossing gently to coat. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
