Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub it all over with olive oil.
- Mix salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes per side (or until the skin is browned).
- Lower the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10–18 minutes more, turning once, until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F).
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
